Upgrading builder-grade interiors
Builder-grade flat paint is cheap to apply and hard to clean. We repaint with Benjamin Moore Aura or Sherwin-Williams Emerald Interior, which are washable, and use enamel on trim and doors so they wipe clean.

Two-story entries and open great rooms need the right ladders and staging and a careful crew. We plan those spaces in the estimate so you know how they'll be handled.
Exteriors and HOAs
Many Novi subdivisions have homeowners associations, some with exterior color rules. If yours does, check whether new colors need approval before the project starts. We're happy to provide color names and samples for your application.
